RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to themselves or to the person/institution at the address they indicated, without incurring any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, by notifying the SELLER, in case the distance contract is related to the sale of goods. In distance contracts for service provision, this period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the service has started with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires. The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER. By accepting this contract, the BUYER acknowledges that they have been informed about the right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made to the SELLER within the 14 (fourteen) day period via registered mail, fax, or email, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" provisions set forth in this contract. When this right is exercised,
the invoice of the product delivered to the person or the BUYER (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning. Returns of orders with invoices issued in the name of institutions cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)
Return form, The products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged together with their box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any.
The SELLER is obliged to return the total amount and documents that put the BUYER in debt to the BUYER within a maximum of 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice and to take back the goods within 20 days.
If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a reason arising from the BUYER's fault or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's damages in proportion to their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods or product during the withdrawal period.
If the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER falls below due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount utilized within the scope of the campaign is canceled.
Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
Returns of products whose original box/packaging has been damaged, lost their resale feature, and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.
Products that cannot be returned due to their nature; the use of the right of return for disposable products, textile and cosmetic products is conditional on the product's packaging not being opened, not being damaged, and the product not being used. If the product you want to return is defective, the shipping cost is covered by us. The payment made during the order, cash on delivery and shipping fees are not paid to you when the product is requested to be returned. Only the product price will be refunded to you.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
The Right of Withdrawal cannot be used for the days when the service provided, prepared in accordance with the BUYER's request or clearly personal needs, is used.
